What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees. When told that an employee was overwhelmed, they said it's just the way of the business. Time off is earned, but very difficult to use.
I think On the payroll side
Leadership needs to stand up for and stand behind their employees.
They need to properly train new hires

I've been released without a fair reason

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long hours need more breaks
I keep getting shorted on my hours
I work holidays and weekends and don’t get compensated fair
More benefits more communication better working conditions
I feel 1800 Flowers doesn't pay fairly for overtime worked for their employees.

We have each other's backs and support each other.
They are nice and approachable
Our team is very productive and tries to make the company a better place to work and to ensure we turn out satisfied customers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
New leader ship the current leader ship is not leaders
no training, no accountability, no direction towards co-workers comes from above and the 110% lack of leadership to any degree

Just like any work place it has both positive and negative environments, but thankfully ours is more positive than negative.
