It’s pretty much the same. It’s one-on-one and sort of casual. The same type questions are asked: “why do you feel you’re good for this job, describe a situation where you overcame a challenge or obstacle, what are your goals?” etc etc. However, other employees have been given improv interviews along with the regular set of questions where the interviewer pretends to be a customer and asks about the featured albums and movies on the new release rack. While this makes it a little more difficult than other interviews depending on the kind of person you are, it allows the interviewer to test your interpersonal skills.
it was very laid back, mostly due to the store manager not being the one to do any of the hiring. she left it to the assistant managers whom were amazing but both no longer work for the company because she is unbearable
