What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders show that they care by taking time to know employees, providing opportunities for growth, and making decisions to keep us safe and employed during the pandemic.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very personal and they always set expectations for the next steps. My first interview was with the VP of Human Resources, second interview was with the hiring manager, third and final was with the team and the hiring manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our leadership encourages autonomy and fun in our daily processes. Most importantly they've establish a culture of gratitude and recognition that they demonstrate on a regular basis. The C-suite, managers, and team leads all practice what they preach by valuing people every day.
