My compensation package includes 401 match, especially in these hard times facing covid pandemic

My base salary is great, and bonuses are structured very clearly. I even got to sit down with my manager to decide which metrics we thought should contribute to my overall bonus.

WE are providing a quality product for both the consumer and the builder/dealer, while maintaining a professional and courteous relationship

Recognition is done very well. It's a culture of gratitude, where I've received call outs in meetings, hand written notes, and visits to my desk from our C-Suite as well as managers throughout the org. They give credit and encourage you to keep pushing for your best.

Our leadership encourages autonomy and fun in our daily processes. Most importantly they've establish a culture of gratitude and recognition that they demonstrate on a regular basis. The C-suite, managers, and team leads all practice what they preach by valuing people every day.

They regularly recognize people both informally and formally. It's very encouraging.

It was easy because I'm over qualified for my job.

Treated with respect and the dialogue was mutual

I was interviewed by my future peers in addition to the manager. That gives everyone confidence that you find a good cultural fit.

It was very personal and they always set expectations for the next steps. My first interview was with the VP of Human Resources, second interview was with the hiring manager, third and final was with the team and the hiring manager.
