I do the job of two people because low performers have no consequences to being terrible.

We sell a product that we can't service in the majority of our sales territory. Get a clue.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay, compensation, and expectations of employees need to be improved. They offer nothing but a paycheck to employees and low performers move up and have ruined this company.
