Best part is the occasional bonuses that come through. It differs per program, but we had a holiday spiff where we obtained $5 per unit sold, which you could reach upwards of $1,000 if you sold enough.

Some of us work very hard. Some of us take jobs outside of our SOPs. I understand that there's multiple people pulling in different directions but management needs to speak to clients about this so that they're not overworked.
