Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is ok. Management and business practices and tactics are what's wrong.
I enjoy my role and the impact I have on the business, but I believe compensation has not kept pace with the level of responsibility, leadership, and contributions expected. More competitive pay and clearer pathways for career growth would help me feel better valued.

I would prefer them to have told the truth about what day to day operations what look like and the lengths they would have us go to make sales.
not specific to my current company within 2020 but trying to get interviews with different areas i was looking to move to and then just being completely blown off for the virtual interviews on multiple occasions
