What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Management needs to care about the team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We we're forced to work over 10 hour days and only made 140.00 for the day.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

In February 2017, Schwans moved our office 45 miles away from our customers but would not fix our departure times to reflect the extra hour plus travel time to get to our first stop. Less micromanagement and more trust.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Company needs to start trusting the RSR and treating them like adults. It should not take 14 months to fix our routes after moving our office 45 miles away from our customers. We should not have to wait 18 months to get our Schwan's cash fund.
