What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has a habit to be bias and ignore some people breaking zero tolerance rules while giving punishment to others for minor issues. Leadership is lacking .

In February 2017, Schwans moved our office 45 miles away from our customers but would not fix our departure times to reflect the extra hour plus travel time to get to our first stop. Less micromanagement and more trust.

Vacation time and sick time and holidays off.
The health insurance is at the top of the line
Pay is overall good , insurance is ok but high deductible .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Set commission buckets and incentives that are achievable, stop raising prices where customers leave. The company relays on the RsR but doesn’t fairly compensate their worth, stop asking asking asking and not compensatin
We we're forced to work over 10 hour days and only made 140.00 for the day.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need to be fairly compensated. Goals/Incentives need to be realistic, employees need to be able to thrive and not just get by.
Company needs to start trusting the RSR and treating them like adults. It should not take 14 months to fix our routes after moving our office 45 miles away from our customers. We should not have to wait 18 months to get our Schwan's cash fund.

They were very flexible with me as I was already employed. They worked around my schedule as much as possible
