In February 2017, Schwans moved our office 45 miles away from our customers but would not fix our departure times to reflect the extra hour plus travel time to get to our first stop. Less micromanagement and more trust.

Employees need to be fairly compensated. Goals/Incentives need to be realistic, employees need to be able to thrive and not just get by.
Company needs to start trusting the RSR and treating them like adults. It should not take 14 months to fix our routes after moving our office 45 miles away from our customers. We should not have to wait 18 months to get our Schwan's cash fund.
