I enjoy the job, its a good company . Leadership is nice but hypocrisy runs rampant .

The job is positive but the but the leadership makes is stressful .

I enjoy my coworkers, they work hard and give support and a good laugh to make the job fun.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has a habit to be bias and ignore some people breaking zero tolerance rules while giving punishment to others for minor issues. Leadership is lacking .
