Leadership has a habit to be bias and ignore some people breaking zero tolerance rules while giving punishment to others for minor issues. Leadership is lacking .

In February 2017, Schwans moved our office 45 miles away from our customers but would not fix our departure times to reflect the extra hour plus travel time to get to our first stop. Less micromanagement and more trust.
