What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid quite fairly and the benefits and other perks offered by 2K are fantastic.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like all of the questions and conversations were relevant to the job, which isn't always the case when interviewing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are very friendly and helpful. I feel like I can talk to any other 2K employee and be honest and open.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I would be friends with my teammates even if I didn't work with them. They're all good people and hard workers and I enjoy working with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are human. They espouse the motto of "come as you are" and treat me with respect and value. I'm never afraid to speak my mind or share information with executives.
