People care. They will go out of their way to help one another, even if they just met you. It's a very positive environment.

They care about the wellbeing and success of the employees. They try to be as transparent as possible. They set a good example for the rest of us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with good people and not having to deal with a negative toxic company culture. I like having the opportunity to try new things and push creative envelopes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive of one another. We all come together and help when needed. Each of us has unique skills and strengths that help make us a diverse and effective team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My hiring manager was very honest about the complexities of my job so there wouldn't be any surprises when I came on board. The interview process was fairly quick. I met enough people to gather recon about what the environment was like. I had enough information to make an informed decision.
