It's a friendly and hardworking work environment. Not very transparent and very slow in adjusting/changing methods. It sometimes feels bureaucratic

Very friendly and clear about the opportunity they give you
What is the best part about your compensation package?
WFH is a very flexible compensation and gives people the freedom to decide to stay home for a day if needed
What makes you most happy at work?
The amount of talented people. Being able to support their development gives me joy and the opportunity to grow as a team
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very open and honest. If you ask their opinion or thoughts they will be fair and tell you what they believe we could do better
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I beleive in servant leadership. Currently the leadership cares more about authority and getting things done the way they prefer instead of asking their employees. This survey is a nice change
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management is too powerful and shouldn't decide about things they have less knowledge about. More transparency where the team is going and sharing what people do would bring people more together. Right now, it is too focused on how it was done in the past, instead of how do we develop?
