Getting work done diligently with focus, and communicating ideas to my producer and working on things I want to.

It was an unfortunate process due to the extraneous internal factors, most likely it would have been an easier process for others.

Listens to input and ideas, clearly intent on taking in perspectives to consider rather than just going with what one person thinks is best.
