I am still fairly new, still learning the ropes and haven't formed an opinion on a lot. However I do think processes and organization could be better.

They seem to care about our success.

I love that my team is full of innovators, creative thinkers, and problem solvers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all care about each other, check in on each other, and make sure that we build out together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the chance to actually sit down and work on my field of expertise, which I wish I had more time for, instead of squeezing in between meetings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the breadth of folks I got to interview with, to give me a good gauge of how the departments worked together and what the role would look like.
