It started great, I felt there was a lot of potential to grow as an employee and possibly uncover more opportunities. But now I feel overworked and underpaid. There has been no movement although my superiors tell me they appreciate me and rely on me. That's where it ends. 1 raise equaling $.75/hr.

The interview was fun and the interviewers always try to make the process comfortable. Not intimidating like other companies can be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers and supervisors love to show appreciation and praise for outstanding effort. Execs like to plan fun events to shake up the work week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are eager to do special things for employees. They want to make their environment fun and reward the hard work their teams put in.
