What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear, transparent communication to the entire company. High level of integrity in treating employees well and fairly.

Fantastic leadership. The leadership team is experienced, communicative, empathetic and approachable. The product and company vision is clear and engaging. The team communicates progress weekly and transparently.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous equity compensation. Cash is fair for the company stage
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our health care benefits are a carryover from the previous administration and are pretty poor.
Health benefits could be better, but we're hopefully getting better ones soon.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No politics, very supportive, collaborative, friendly, and extremely helpful.
The team is super talented and super fun. We are all dedicated to executing and pursuing the mission with both commitment and hard-work while always having space for friendly camaraderie and good laughs.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very helpful and friendly. No politics or self-absorbed individuals at all.
Everyone is extremely collaborative and open to questions.
Our culture is very open, collaborative and professional. Everyone from the CEO to our office manager is very accessible and helpful. One of the best company cultures I have experienced in my career.

The amount and variety of challenges I face and how much I learn trying to solve them.

I am very happy at 2nd Address. I am fortunate to work with a great manager, a talented team and an open and professional culture. I am always working on interesting new projects that help me grow professionally and impact the future of the company significantly. I would not ask for a better job!
