Management is supportive and accessible. I can always reach someone for help. Not a lot of communication between corporate and the field.

Excellent support never seen a company so eager to help. The compensation is excellent over 6 didgets if you work your schedule and follow the company standards. They continously keep us busy.

The company is not transparent and they say the blinds are made in the USA they are made in Mexico. They want the employees to lie or not tell customers about certain things. Not the way I like to do business

The products are fabulous, the training top notch. The problem is generally with the install. In addition, the mileage reimbursement is completely ridiculous. Every design consultant is home based. We pay for our ink, printers, etc. but we cannot count 40 miles per day ($400/month) towards busin

Being honest upfront when they hire you. Be completely honest with the customers and the way you are paid is off of a bonus not a fair way to be paid
