What makes you most happy at work?It was nice working somewhere that i felt valued, this however was not it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Need to put on a positive face or be reprimanded for not having a positive attitude, we weren't customer facing so it didn't really matter except to make the middle management look good for the C suite
What are some of the best things about your team? The rank and file are for the most part good people, I never felt like i belonged though. The saddest moment was when i was let go but wasn't allowed to tell anyone it was my last day until after I had vacated the workplace.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?I'd probably look for people that are better at the job, and actually want to be there, and offer better chance for advancement as well as benefits.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?less question because im tired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? As a contractor there were no benefits, and hourly rate did not compensate for the lack of any benefits
