Cats Mission & Values

One of the highest causes for cat deaths, other than overpopulation, is behavior problems. Every day hundreds of cats and kittens are abandoned in the streets or countryside roads or are surrendered to humane societies and shelters because their owners can not cope with their behavior. Efforts to rescue and to find homes for these orphans are dwarfed by their growing numbers. While hard working and dedicated organizations are working to help these animals find new homes, little is being done to address the ignorance and misinformation about cat behavior and training that perpetuates this abuse of animal life. Confused cat parents often feel that their only recourse is to get rid of their pets. This is not at all true, let us help you. Our biggest Mission is to help people understand what cats need from us which will determine their behavior in our homes. We need to educate people as to what cat behavior is and how to provide proper things for the cat to be a CAT. We hope people will read our articles and see them as a source to help better understand your cat, they are wonderful, intelligent animals. You will get what you give from your cat!
