Vibe is pretty positive. Much work to be done by the end of the year and the effort and energy is constant. I generally work more than 50 hours per week

Our key indicator for success is tied to our lead efficiency rate, as this number, better than any other, tells the story of our ability to maximize preneed prospect conversion.

I have been very pleased with the wisdom, discretion and kindness shown by our HR department
What's the work from home policy like at Precoa?
I spend 3-4 days per week on the road and usually spend 1-2 days per week working from my home office. It works well for me and since I am very remote from the home office, it works well.
