What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were constantly reaching out for support. They contacted me on a daily basis to check in, to offer support or just to give me a pat on the back.
Leadership team is always available to help increase sales.
They take the time to get to know everyone personally.
they are transparent and they genuinely care and show it

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I worked comisdion and was paid more that fair. I did have get my own medicsl snd retirement benefits.
I am self employed and make my own benefit selections.
Precoa pays fairly for the Portland market, and salary is negotiable depending on the employee's skills.
Fair compensation- especially as I entered this position by means of a merger

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
much better medical, vacation, maternity, and 401k benefits
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing for me was that I didn't see them often but we all worked hard and we all helped each other.
My team is always available to help.
funny, friendly, knowledgeable, adaptable and like supporting each other.

making a difference in the lives of families and my salespeople
The people and our product
my coworkers, and the freedom to work on projects
Autonomy, but also being able to work with other teams surrounding my duties. I love seeing my work play an important role across the company. The initiatives Precoa has set are addressed very frequently helping me to believe they care about progression and reaching goals.
