The pay is not competitive. It seems we get a real raise when they fail an internal compensation audit every 3 years.
Get recognized for thw work being done, and not have manager take all the credit.

health benefits have slipped over the years, like many US companies. I am paying a lot out of pocket. This is one area they need to revise.
