People are quality driven and have great company culture. They are not solely interested in the $$$$
In spite direct management, there are good people still working from the JNJ years, however there is an ongoing exodus and soon this will not be the case.
Collaboration among team members is great
still more meeting than necessary and ones that don't have clear agendas or actions. It's a hold over from the J&J days. People are working on making it better but there are pockets of ineffectiveness.
