What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the employees and are transparent
Open and transparent and most are very much aware of what's going "on the field".
Great and knowledgeable Executive leadership team that understands the industry and what it takes to redirect and shape a company that came out of a larger organization. While we still have some areas that need fixing the company and culture have come a long way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get in touch with reality
Communicating with employees about the future of the company
Employee appreciation, communication, and compensation
Leadership... contract flexibility. Sales tranibg us the worst!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall dollar comp is fair.
They encourage healthiness of employees
Health insurance, good holiday package, flexibility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is not competitive. It seems we get a real raise when they fail an internal compensation audit every 3 years.
Get recognized for thw work being done, and not have manager take all the credit.
More compensation, raises don’t even keep up with inflati
Conp plan that is achievable
health benefits have slipped over the years, like many US companies. I am paying a lot out of pocket. This is one area they need to revise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are quality driven and have great company culture. They are not solely interested in the $$$$
In spite direct management, there are good people still working from the JNJ years, however there is an ongoing exodus and soon this will not be the case.
Collaboration among team members is great
still more meeting than necessary and ones that don't have clear agendas or actions. It's a hold over from the J&J days. People are working on making it better but there are pockets of ineffectiveness.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are too "me" focused
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the individual field level, we go above and beyond for the customer.
The projects are worthwhile and people work smart
The work we do save lives
We have a positive impact on healthcare and believe we can change how care if provided.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop micromanagement and allow for proper decision making from the people that have a hands-on experience on what needs to be done
Trust employees to do the right thing

Poor quality of the product. Improve the quality of the product.
