The environment has shifted towards metrics driven goals. Unfortunately, there is not a good family / work balance. The tools we used to have to provide good quality service to the customer are no longer available. The quality of the equipment being manufacture is less than desirable.

Poor quality of the product. Improve the quality of the product.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is not competitive. It seems we get a real raise when they fail an internal compensation audit every 3 years.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop micromanagement and allow for proper decision making from the people that have a hands-on experience on what needs to be done
What are some of the best things about your team?
In spite direct management, there are good people still working from the JNJ years, however there is an ongoing exodus and soon this will not be the case.
