Being open minded. You can't be dicks your entire lives. Try something new.
Gaia management needs more transparency and empathy, to deliver on the company mission, and to stop blatant favoritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more income for the workload you have to deal with
Cause they don't believe in everything and everyone. I do.
Anyone that the CEO likes gets paid much, much more than everyone else.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Love understanding and remembering who they were
Both Gaia and Gaiam share the same building. Bad energy in the whole building. Stop the puppet-like, manipulative top-down management.

Management could be more honest about the company and their agenda: They do not deliver on the mission statement one bit.
