  • So far, we have had no layoffs, even during the 2008 downturn. Management "bit the bullet" to ensure no one had to go. Of course, no new employees were hired and increases were affected. A privately run company can make those kind of decisions.

  • There are so many perks and benefits (working from home when needed, work/life balance, recognition, snacks and drinks, etc) so, that is a hard question to answer for me. You can always have more and cheaper benefits but, they meet industry standards.

  • SPR is has a friendly, open culture and the people are nice. I would advise any new recruits to get to know the different teams, be ready to work in an environment where you are not closely managed (no hovering) and be an independent contributor. Just delight your clients and you will flourish!
