What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, smart guys who are always looking for the next new thing in Technology. They are forward-thinking and creative in their approach to Digital Technology

Communicating decisions to the delivery line
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Goo all-around benefit package with good company matches for HSA and 401k. Wellness program and perks are good also.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse in culture and experience/knowledge about Technology in general and a lot of people with great specialties.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some co-workes need a better attitude and work ethic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall culture: great work/life balance, reasonable expectations, good management and lots of great perks!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Things are better. Boss does not "hover" as much!

What makes you most happy at work?
The client work is challenging and rewarding. Lots of opportunities to learn new things and I love my co-workers.

No real issues with assignments or work.
