We truly work on a "Todos Juntos" base, helping each other, caring for each other, sharing knowledge, trying to find solutions together, laughing and being ourselves
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency, the always thinking about what's best for employees and how can we feel better/happier while doing our jobs; the fact that the values "Todos Juntos" and "Be Human" are applied every day
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm doing about the same work one of my friends does in another company (outsourcing). Farfetch pays about the double, gives me shares, gave me a fixed term contract for 1 year and Permanent contract after that with all the benefits attached.
