Pretty informal, if fairly long but I think that is becoming more common place. A succession of current employees from different fields come through and talk or ask questions.
What's the company culture like at points.com?
It's generally fun, but equally very passionate - the majority of people really care about what they are doing which makes for a very positive environment in which to work. There is a big focus on professional development as well as having a lot of fun together - team events, charity work, hobby groups and sports being strongly encouraged. There appears to be a lot of promotion from within, so it feels like a good place to develop as the company grows.
