Hard workers who really care about the work they do and the people they work with.

They are approachable and most of them are good listeners and analysts - they seem to care about the employees as well as our clients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

LMIers are SMART and they are fun. They work together, and I've almost never been left hanging - it's very a very welcoming and collegial environment. I feel like part of the team and have friends where I work.
