What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always ready to address our problem
There is effort recognition, and employees are encouraged to do well on their job.

Very communicative and transparent. MAS VP puts out at least a quarterly report for all hands, but does email monthlu about what is going on.

Transparency - be upfront, communicate effectively, and be transparent.
Everything. The company truly has potential but it has so so much bias as well
Leading and to stop just checking the blocks
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I loved the former PTO policy and appreciate my insurance package.

Pay is low for the type of work performed.

My team is full of rockstars!
Very driven group of people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There isn't a coherent culture at the company. Within my project however people are generally kind, helpful, and generous with their time.
There is great sense of job security, and working for this company makes you feel like you're part of a family.

Solution development and delivery is unequivocally a TEAM sport and everyone cares about others and the client's mission.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honestly, LMI is an extremely cliquey and favoritism centric place.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was direct and easy. The process didn't take long, and I was able to hear back from them almost immediately.

The process was clear, smooth, and there was no lag in communications/delays from one round to the next.
Mine was quick as I had worked with my manager before elsewhere.
