What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There isn't a coherent culture at the company. Within my project however people are generally kind, helpful, and generous with their time.

There is great sense of job security, and working for this company makes you feel like you're part of a family.

the possitive attitude among us

Interactions with coworkers and the ability to remain on target for projects

Solution development and delivery is unequivocally a TEAM sport and everyone cares about others and the client's mission.

Hard workers who really care about the work they do and the people they work with.

We have fun and effective work activities every Friday.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Honestly, LMI is an extremely cliquey and favoritism centric place.
