What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team and CEO of Athletigen are very clear and collaborative. Employees are encouraged to help shape the vision of the company
Willing to listen to everyone, no matter what level they are in the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need a completely new CEO. He and the board of directors are a bunch of misogynists.
Understanding ethics, telling the truth, being grounded in reality.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was fair for the job I did.
Gotta love health and dental! The package is very flexible and can be customized to fit an employee's specific needs.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The Athletigen team are very welcoming and collaborative. Nothing here is a lone-wolf effort. Great environment and culture.
Work hard play hard atmosphere
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Various people picked up on red flags in the company at various times, which lead to half the people being frustrated and disgruntled while the other half were still starry-eyed for the lying CEO.
co-workers could use critical thinking to examine the scientific claims being made, and not just respond to the ceo.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Athletigen feels more like a team than a company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New CEO. One that's not a delusional narcissist.
Appoint a new CEO as soon as possible. Maybe someone else could revive this company using reasonable logic and not overselling science that doesn't support their claims/ambitions. The science isn't there. Most people cared about that.
What did you like most about the interview process?
CEO was friendly hahahahaha my how things change.

There are plenty of personal development opportunities. Individuals are able to innovate and make an impact on the company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no science, only fancy front end user interfaces. The science is absolute shit, if you can even call it science.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Leadership needs to change substantially.
