The Athletigen team are very welcoming and collaborative. Nothing here is a lone-wolf effort. Great environment and culture.

Various people picked up on red flags in the company at various times, which lead to half the people being frustrated and disgruntled while the other half were still starry-eyed for the lying CEO.

Appoint a new CEO as soon as possible. Maybe someone else could revive this company using reasonable logic and not overselling science that doesn't support their claims/ambitions. The science isn't there. Most people cared about that.

There are plenty of personal development opportunities. Individuals are able to innovate and make an impact on the company
There is no science, only fancy front end user interfaces. The science is absolute shit, if you can even call it science.
Leadership needs to change substantially.
