How employees describe working at Spruce Finance
Customer service and billing. It takes me over an hour to speak to someone and when I do they never rectify the problem. This company states I'm past due on billing but yet I'm enrolled in autopay. I can prove they deducted my checking account every month but yet they show I'm past due.
Customer service and billing are horrible.
cool place to work. benefits are good. location is great.
