Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot of work, a lot more than others in my department. I also have a lot more responsibilities than others in my department and we all get paid the same or more.
It's a livable salary but I'm still barely scraping by in the Bay area.

Not much office politics. I enjoy being there.
