What makes you most happy at work?CQL is growing and expanding the client base, as well as deepening relationships with long-term existing clients. I love the ability to continue to encounter new projects and new opportunities and know CQL is growing and profitable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Focus on employees. Management knows that if they take care of us, we will take good care of our clients and our work. There is weekly updates from the CEO sharing the client work and giving shout-outs from team members to team members, recognizing the successes. Teamwork is encouraged.
What are some of the best things about your team?We all our busy. Meetings are focused and productive, and have clear agendas. Team members are truly willing to help each other - develop either other, challenge each other, and support each other. I can Slack anyone on the team, and get help. It's really a very collaborative environment.
