A manager that will manage the employee's.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked the right questions leading me to believe they knew what they were talking about. Turns out I work in a daily circus.

What makes you most happy at work?
Great coworkers. Every place has bad people. Peterson has them too, but the vast majority of the people are really great.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People who are drinking are working and employees who play on the phone all day do nothing.
