Theyre doing everything there can to keep each other honest.
BECU has some of the best leaders I've ever worked with. There are many changes happening within the organization, but I feel our leaders have done well at ensuring everyone knows what is happening and why. I have worked at many financial institutions. This is by far the best culture i have seen.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
All benefits are good, comparable to other industries and similar position elsewhere.
Good medical generally. Work from home is a huge one.
Be well and giving programs are the favorite parts of the comp package.
Bonus potential and cash long term
Compensation is fair and benefits are generous. however, 401K matching vests over 5 years which is quite long.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ethical and respedtful , postive work environment.
They aren't afraid to be real with each other. We say when we don't like a thing (within reason) and the honesty is refreshing.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The team members were reasonable and were concerned about how I would fit into the team
I got to meet the team I would be working with. I don't think that is the case any longer
Personable, fun, educating, and the interviewer seemed interested in who I am as a person in general.
