- What do you like best about the leadership team?BECU has some of the best leaders I've ever worked with. There are many changes happening within the organization, but I feel our leaders have done well at ensuring everyone knows what is happening and why. I have worked at many financial institutions. This is by far the best culture i have seen.

- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Meetings about meetings and everyone thinks they can book over things already on your calendar. When you ask them not to do that they get upset and throw a fit because you blocked out two hours to work outside of back to back meetings.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Handle issues when they are brought to your attention, stop ignoring issues as it hurts good employees and creates an toxic environment.
