I have been a full time employee since 2012 and I am very proud of our organization and the wealth of services that we offer the underserved in Central Florida.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Support the nursing staff more often
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are ok, PTO is great. They are a little stuck in the past when it comes to work from home
We offer a generous Paid Time Off program and our health benefits are outstanding.
