i feel satisfied but i really do wish it was better
401K match very competitive compared to other organizations of this size.

they know how to follow orders and are very helpful
We have agendas for our meetings and try to keep them to the point.

we get together despite our differences.
People here feel they are listened to. It is collaborative and the work is challenging and rewarding.

they really ask about your leadership skills which is a good thing
