we get together despite our differences.
People here feel they are listened to. It is collaborative and the work is challenging and rewarding.

they really ask about your leadership skills which is a good thing
The ability to ask questions and really understand the expectations and get a feel for the culture.

seeing my coworkers who i hang out with at lunch
