My team rocks - everybody hits "above their weight", and pulls together when things need to get done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the progress we're making against a slew of aggressive goals and objectives. We have 4 products and we're pushing them all forward
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lots of new faces at the executive level, but some long time DaySmarters too - a good mix of institutional experience and new blood has kept us moving forward (and fast!)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is pretty laid back given the pace of change within our product lines. Bi-weekly happy hours started recently and that's a good addition to the culture here, which recently included a company-wide shuffleboard championship, NCAA bracket contest and a shelter dog event coming up next week
