There doesn't seem tobe a team atmosphere, too many chiefs and not enough Indians as the saying goes. Too many levels of management that don't get the job done. Everyone is afraid of doing something wrong, so they don't do anything.
Compensations for my job was $40,000 annually, nationwide the average for that job is $68,000
They care about each other
Teammates for the most part want to get the job done but management is afraid to let them figure out how to do it. Micromanagement
