What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are forward thinking and revenue based

Communication! We used to be a first name organization. Now we get emails with no name attached, so names are secret i guess.
Leadership does not acknowledge anyone under a manager and does not value the employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There doesn't seem tobe a team atmosphere, too many chiefs and not enough Indians as the saying goes. Too many levels of management that don't get the job done. Everyone is afraid of doing something wrong, so they don't do anything.
Compensations for my job was $40,000 annually, nationwide the average for that job is $68,000
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care about each other
Teammates for the most part want to get the job done but management is afraid to let them figure out how to do it. Micromanagement
My department made sure work life balance was more life than work since pay was so low

People who enjoy baseball and love the Mariners
working at a ballpark is super fun during game days

Meeting actual managers and not having to deal with HR
Talking directly with the people in the department I would be working in and not an HR rep
