- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Horrible place to work for. A lot of back stabbing and favoritism instead of doing things by the rules. Management has no idea what they are doing and only got the job because the brother is a government official.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They ask to much for what they pay for.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They need to hire a new director
