Flexible work arrangements and overtime is accounted for by allowing employees to flex time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Each person is responsible for themselves, it is very matrixed. The org structure is pretty flat so there is zero micromanagement.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I work in a variety of teams and each is very different. The best part is that everyone I work with is extremely intelligent and capable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The ladder for promotions is unclear... you are compared against employees from widely different domains and not considered based on the contribution of your individual skillset.
