What do you like best about the leadership team?
Problems are compromised in a timely manner.
Recent changes in management have made almost everything streamlined and less workload for individuals.
Treat employees with respect and dignaty
Gives the team total liberty to go out and dominate

Being transparent in changes that affect the workplace.
To much to put here not enough word space..Toxic environment.
Managaing reasonable routes to retain drivers. Overworked and underappreciated is the motto around there

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Obtaining a variety of different benefits other jobs wouldn't consider.
Compensation package was great but the exwife took all

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I first started working there i was told I would be recieving 50 cent more for every machine I learned and could operate so far I have learned 4 individual machinery that provide different functions but has not recieved the pay.
lack of raises in my department.
They used to allow regular Health Care options, now it's all High Deductible, which is not very affordable for families. Vacation/Sick time is DTO, which means if your manager is a jerk, you're not getting any time off and it can always be revoked because you don't own it. No payouts when leaving.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Steady flow of rate during production, maintaining persistencey whilist being informed of changes to plans.
The team worh and open communication
When things get bad and crazy we step up and get the job done. As team and family and help each other out.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The supervisor is the head and the body cant function properly if the head is not functioning properly.
Actually working and less high school drama.
Stop lying and stop hiding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is discussing amongst each other whatever is to be discussed. (New ideas for production, family whereabouts, venting, etc.)
Team building, great leadership and management, trickles down to the rest of the team.

Respect amongst management and the team
The people that do the work are the reason why I show up every day. If management (including HR) would let us do the job instead of shifting practices to accomodate someone's power ego, we would all be happy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less political actions among managers and certain employees
Departments don't communicate well and managers lie to save face.
New leadership from top down

It was short and simple and was one of the first to obtain a job immediately.
