When I first started working there i was told I would be recieving 50 cent more for every machine I learned and could operate so far I have learned 4 individual machinery that provide different functions but has not recieved the pay.

lack of raises in my department.

They used to allow regular Health Care options, now it's all High Deductible, which is not very affordable for families. Vacation/Sick time is DTO, which means if your manager is a jerk, you're not getting any time off and it can always be revoked because you don't own it. No payouts when leaving.

The supervisor is the head and the body cant function properly if the head is not functioning properly.

Everyone is discussing amongst each other whatever is to be discussed. (New ideas for production, family whereabouts, venting, etc.)

Team building, great leadership and management, trickles down to the rest of the team.

The people that do the work are the reason why I show up every day. If management (including HR) would let us do the job instead of shifting practices to accomodate someone's power ego, we would all be happy.
